Free. We’ll agree a time with you once the order is placed.
Local delivery
Available within our local area for a flat charge, shown at checkout. If you are unsure whether you fall inside the area, please ask before ordering.
Shipping
Candles, engraved keepsakes and non-perishable gift boxes can be shipped, including internationally. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin from despatch, not from when the order is placed — handmade and personalised items need making first.
Items we cannot ship
Some products are local delivery or pickup only and cannot be posted:
- Fresh flower bouquets
- Chocolate-dipped strawberries and other fresh items
- Money bouquets
Fresh items will not survive transit or customs, and posted cash cannot be insured against loss. If your basket contains any of these, only local options are offered at checkout. This is applied automatically — you do not need to do anything.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price paid here, and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delays
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control. If something appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will help chase it.
