Ordering
How do I place an order?
Call or text 571-575-7174 with what you have in mind, or use the tool to send us your picks in one message. Ready-made items can be bought straight from the shop; custom baskets are quoted first.
Why are custom baskets not priced online?
Everything in the shop has a price and can be bought directly. Custom baskets built with the basket builder are quoted individually, because the price depends on the size, what goes in it and how much engraving is involved. Send us your picks and we'll come straight back with a quote.
Can you engrave a specific name, date or saying?
Yes — dog tags, tumblers, mugs, family emblems, doormats and wood carvings can all be personalised. Send us the exact wording and we'll confirm how it will look before we cut it.
Can I mix candles, gifts and engraving in one order?
That's the most popular way to order. A basket with a candle, an engraved keepsake and a few treats is what we build most often — the basket builder is set up to do exactly that.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver?
Local pickup and delivery are both available, and we can usually arrange shipping for engraved pieces. Ask when you get in touch and we'll sort out the best option for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Candles, engraved keepsakes and non-perishable gift boxes ship worldwide. Fresh flowers, chocolate-dipped strawberries and money bouquets are local delivery or pickup only — fresh items won't survive the journey, and posted cash isn't insurable. The basket applies this automatically: if your order contains one of those, only local options are offered at checkout.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes — add the date you need it in the notes at checkout, or tell us when you get in touch. For dated occasions it's always worth asking early so we can confirm the date is workable before you order.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, handled securely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never touch this website.
What is your returns policy?
Please see our returns page for the full details. In short: unopened, non-personalised items can be returned, but personalised engraving and perishable items can't be resold and so are excluded — which is standard for handmade and made-to-order goods.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Yes — client gifts, staff appreciation, closing gifts and event favours, with matching baskets and personalised engraving across the whole batch. and we'll come back with options and pricing.
Timing
How much notice do you need?
It depends on the piece and how busy the season is — engraving and larger baskets need more lead time than a single candle. Reach out as early as you can and we'll tell you straight away whether your date works.
